For us humans, it's not so easy to be optimistic. From the moment we wake up we have things to do, all while dealing with traffic jams, family drama, trying to stay healthy and have a social life, and still finding time to relax. We don't have pawrents to make sure we have food on the table and cute outfits for when it rains. We have bills, meetings, and furniture to replace because our puppy chewed it up. It's ruff, but our lives are not without hope.

One of the ways that we pawsonally cope with the stress of life is by cutting off all communications with people for a few hours to make our life a little quieter. No messages, no phone calls, no Slack messages, just us and a good book or some doomscrolling through memes. It helps us relax and recharge because we don't have anyone to respond to.
